The Company announced in September 2011, the acquisition of the Destiny Gold Project located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, 90 km north of Val d'Or, Quebec (click here to read the press release dated September 26, 2011). The addition of this property together with the Fate Gold Project has created a sizeable land package for gold exploration and development programs.

The Company is also developing the Silver Chalice property in Alaska. It continues to evaluate advanced stage gold and silver projects to add to its property portfolio.

The Company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "N", and began trading in September 2011 on the OTCQX in the USA under the symbol "NXTTF".
